Prices have definitely gone down and days on market are longer, but a well priced house will sell and there are buyers out there buying West Queen Anne. In fact, inventory in this Seattle neighborhood is actually one of the problems while working with buyers in this area so if you are thinking of selling, please do consider getting an evaluation!
